7. Delivery management
Online delivery orders arrive in Sell > Orders with the customer address and phone.
When the order is Ready, assign it to one of your paired riders from the Riders page (see section 8) or from the order itself.
The rider sees the delivery in their app with your restaurant address as pickup and the customer address as drop. They get route guidance on the map.
At pickup, the rider enters the pickup code shown on the order. At the door, the customer shares a 4-digit delivery OTP from their tracking page, which the rider enters to complete the delivery. This proves the order reached the right person.
You and the customer can follow the rider live on the map until delivery.

8. Pair delivery riders
Go to the Riders page in your dashboard.
Set your rider pay: Per km (Rs) and Minimum payout (Rs). Earning = max(minimum, total km x per km), where total km = nearest vacant rider to your restaurant + restaurant to customer.
To pair a rider, tap Generate invite code and share the code with the rider. They enter it in their app. Or ask the rider for their own pairing code (shown on their dashboard after verification) and enter it on your Riders page.
Paired riders appear in your list. You can activate, deactivate or unpair them anytime. Only verified riders can be assigned deliveries.
When a rider completes a delivery and enters the customer's OTP, their earning is added to their app automatically.

16. Log in and open your dashboard
Open oms.bizsensei.co.in/rider_login.php, enter your registered phone number and verify the OTP sent to you.
Your dashboard (rider_dashboard.php) shows your rider ID (like RDR-000123), your pairing code, your availability switch, paired restaurants and your earnings.
Ask the restaurant for their invite code, or share your own pairing code from your dashboard with them.
Enter the restaurant's invite code in your dashboard under Pair with a restaurant.
Once paired, the restaurant appears in your paired list and can assign you deliveries.
You can pair with multiple restaurants and control each pairing from your dashboard.
18. Share your live location
On your dashboard, find the Share my location card and tap Start.
Keep it on while you work. Restaurants use your location to assign you nearby deliveries, and it powers the route guidance on your delivery map.
Tap Stop when your shift ends.
Tip: Location sharing also decides your pay fairly: the nearest vacant rider's distance sets the rate for every delivery.
19. Accept and complete deliveries
New deliveries appear on My deliveries (my_deliveries.php) with a notification and alert sound. Tap Accept or Decline.
Each delivery card shows Step 1: Pickup from (restaurant name, address, phone) and Step 2: Deliver to (customer address, landmark, phone). Big Navigate and Call buttons are on every card.
Open the delivery to see the route on the map: distance and estimated drive time from your location to the customer.
At the restaurant, enter the pickup code shown on the order to mark it picked up.
At the customer's door, ask for their 4-digit delivery OTP and enter it. Only the correct code completes the delivery. You get 10 tries; after that the delivery locks and only the restaurant team can unlock it.

20. Your earnings
Every completed delivery adds money to your app automatically. No manual claims.
Pay is distance based: Earning = max(minimum payout, total km x per-km rate). Total km = nearest vacant rider to restaurant + restaurant to customer. The restaurant sets its own per-km rate and minimum.
Your dashboard shows total earnings and a history of every delivery with its amount.
Turn Available for outside deliveries off in your dashboard when you only want your paired restaurant's orders, or on when you want extra deliveries in your free time.
